feat(v2): statusline architecture - Phase 1 complete
Major rewrite from split-pane TUI to multi-line statusline:
- Remove hooks/, tui/, scripts/ directories
- Add new src/ structure with TypeScript
- Implement stdin JSON parser (native model/context data)
